2024 Ontario Building Code Info and Update

Ontario has released a new Building Code designed to reduce regulatory burdens, increase the safety and quality of buildings and make it easier to build housing.
The 2024 Building Code comes into effect on January 1,2025 with a 3-month grace period until March 31,2025 for certain designs that are already underway. To learn more and request a copy of the 2024 Building Code Compendium see the link below.
