NEW AND IMPROVED CCDC 9A AND CCDC 9B DOCUMENTS

Wanted to remind you and advise that the Canadian Construction Documents Committee released new Statutory Declarations for use by Contractor and Subcontractor in December. Updated forms are CCDC 9A-2018 and CCDC 9B-2018. Seals have also been updated. Please begin using the updated forms. Seals and documents for Member firms are available at your KCA office or the electronic plan room.
