City of Kingston Purchasing By-Law Update and Proposed Amendment

The City of Kingston is requesting your input on proposed amendments to the purchasing bylaw which have not had significant changes since 2006. A lot has changed in procurement during that time and we are enclosing a link to complete a survey, and review the current bylaw and the proposed amendments. Survey input must be completed by July 22nd.
