Plan Reading Course – FULL

This course provides KCA member firms the opportunity to upgrade their staff personnel, including estimators, apprentices, and journey-persons. The course is suitable for all trades. Emphasis is placed on current standards of tender documents and on improved communications between trades on the job-site.
